Confirmation that they would be able to do the work and set dates for the work to go ahead. Never turned up, no answer when called. Left us in a difficult position and had to seek last minute alternative.

Chris was very helpful. He came out to look at the job and then issued a clear quote. Chris kept in touch regarding start dates for the work as it was weather dependant due to being external. I was very satisfied with the work done and would use Chris again.
